    • Referrals must be noted on Lot Agreement
  • Photocopy of a valid government ID.
  • Acknowledgement of Park Rules with signature

  • Signed Lease Agreement
  • Require first month’s rent, one month security deposit and electricity deposit.
  • Photocopy of a valid government ID.
  • Acknowledgement of Park Rules with signature
