  • Lot Agreement document and return via hand delivery to management.
    • Referrals must be noted on Lot Agreement
  • Photocopy of a valid government ID.
  • Acknowledgement of Park Rules with signature
• Apartments and Park Owned Homes RV:
  • Signed Lease Agreement
  • Require first month’s rent, one month security deposit and electricity deposit.
  • Photocopy of a valid government ID.
  • Acknowledgement of Park Rules with signature

RV Lot Rent:

• $390.00/month
• Plus, monthly electricity reimbursement
• Requires $100 electricity deposit
• Weekly Lot rent: $200/week
  • Plus, electrical reimbursement

Park Owned RV: rates vary/month depending on unit

• Plus, electricity reimbursement
• Requires $150 electricity deposit
• Requires one month deposit

Apartments: $850.00/month

• Plus, electricity reimbursement
• Requires one month security deposit
• Plus, electricity deposit

Castle: $1665.00/month

• Plus, electricity reimbursement
• Requires $250 security deposit
• Plus, electricity deposit

RV Storage Unit: $120.00/month

• Electricity reimbursement if used

Storage Locker: $45.00/month
